License for Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from Soulmate Psychology, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any part of the content.
  • You may not upload or make our content available on public platforms or third-party sites.
  • All materials are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Soulmate Psychology.

Violating these terms may result in legal action. We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our materials.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, contact sienna@soulmatepsychology.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will assist in resolving any issues.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a digital product that has already been accessed or downloaded.
  • If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide proof of product delivery and take legal action if necessary.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
